01. How many days does it take for order delivery within the UAE?

Frequently Asked Questions It takes 2 – 5 business days to deliver the order within UAE. In case of items such as refrigerators, Television of size 40” and above, Washing machines and other major appliances, which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 5-7 business days. In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, Sea Wonders reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.

02. What are the shipping charges for delivery within the UAE?

Purchases from categories other than Large Home Appliances, Large Televisions are charged flat AED 11. However, DG Members do not pay any delivery charge whatsoever.

03. Do you deliver products outside the UAE?

No. Currently we do not deliver outside the UAE. However, you may get in touch with our call center on 800-344357 for any specific requirement. We will offer assistance to you based on the availability of the product and delivery feasibility outside the UAE.

04. Do you delivery anywhere in UAE?

No. Delivery areas are limited to City limits only.

05. What are the Payment Options available for placing an order?

  • Cash on Deivery is available for selected products only.
  • In case of Store pick up, orders placed using Cash on Delivery payment method will be kept reserved for 3 days after which the order will be cancelled.
06. What are the Delivery Options available at the time of placing an order?

Home Delivery: All products sold on www.sharafdg.com are available for home delivery
Store Pickup:
Orders are available for Store Pickup at the below Sea Wonders Store Locations at no additional Shipping Charge:

  • Dubai Mall
  • Mega Mall Sharjah
  • Abu Dhabi Mall
  • Al Ain
  • Naeem Mall Ras Al Khaimah

Products that are not available for Store Pickup are:

  • Refrigerators
  • Televisions of screen size 40” and above
  • Washing Machines
  • Air Conditioners
  • Dishwashers
  • Cooking Range
  • Other Large Appliances delivered directly by our Supplier
  • Marketplace items
  • Online Exclusive items

You will be informed on your registered email ID once your order is available at the store pickup location of your choice.

All products are covered under standard product warranty as mentioned in the Warranty Terms & Conditions.

Our hassle free return policy allows you easy access to our customer care and call center for processing your returns. The below are the options to return the product:

09. What is the cancelation policy for orders placed on www.sea-wonders.com?

You may cancel the order until before the order has been dispatched by calling our call center or writing to us at info@seawonders.ae Cancelations after dispatching the order is not possible. However, you may choose to return the product based on our hassle free Return Policy.

10. What happens if I am not home to accept the order delivery?

Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order. You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid). We advise you to write to us on info@seawonders.ae or call us and inform us for an alternate schedule.

11. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information. We strongly recommend you to keep your contact information updated at all times.

12. Is the payment made on www.sea-wonders.com safe and secure?

We adhere to the highest standards of payment security. Our Payment Gateway is 3D secured and is Visa verified and MasterCard secured. Your credit card details are not stored on our website. We accept all internationally accepted visa/master debit/credit card issued in UAE/GCC.
