Return & Cancellation Policy
Customer satisfaction is the Top Priority for Seven Wonders Group Of companies.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you can return that item within 7
working days free of cost and get full refund.
- Refund/Exchange is not applicable for the i) Product Used or in Damage
Condition, ii) Products with Damage Packaging, iii) Products with Missing Accessories
iv) products with Scratches.
- Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for
Exchange and Refund. Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred
ONLY to credit card account
- Product Return in condition Such as Dead on Arrival, Not Functioning as
per manual, Not as Described in Product Specification will be Exchanged or Refund after
it has been tested by our personnel’s or manufacturer’s authorized service center
technician, as applicable. The process can take up to 7 business days. Exchange/Refund
will be done only after the investigation/technical report.
- Seven Wonders electronics is not responsible for Loss of Data or
Information Stored in Device at the time of returned/exchange. We are not liable to
transfer such data and information from old device into new.
- Delivery & Installation Charges are not Re-fundable once performed.
- Store Management will act as per the above policies and Store
Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision
