In case of items such as refrigerators, Television of size 40” and above, Washing machines and other major appliances, which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 5-7 business days. In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, Seven Wonder reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.

Purchases from categories other than Large Home Appliances, Large Televisions are standard AED 10 charges will apply on all orders within UAE.

No. Currently we do not deliver outside the UAE. However, you may get in touch with our call center on +971 4 353 4400 for any specific requirement. We will offer assistance to you based on the availability of the product and delivery feasibility outside the UAE.

No. Delivery areas are limited to City limits only.

  • Store pickup is available from our bur-Dubai and al quoz stores(address will appear at the time of checkout)

All products are covered under standard product warranty as mentioned in the Warranty Terms & Conditions.

Our hassle free return policy allows you easy access to our customer care and call center for processing your returns.

You may cancel the order until before the order has been dispatched by calling our call center or writing to us at estore@sevenwonder.ae

Cancelations after dispatching the order is not possible. However, you may choose to return the product based on our hassle free Return Policy.

Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order.

You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid).

No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information.

We accept all internationally accepted visa/master debit/credit card issued in UAE/GCC.
